You Choose Your Collateral

Unless otherwise specified, we are willing to consider a suitable mix of the following collateral.

• Bank Guarantees from the Bank’s Approved Financial Intermediaries (AFIs)
• Bill of Sale on serialised equipment and Valuation Reports for users equipment.
• Mortgages over Real Estate, subject to inspection. Surveyors and Valuation Reports are required.
• Hypothecation of Financial Instruments
• Personal Guarantees of principal shareholders
• Assignment of Key Man Insurance or Assignment of Life Insurance Policy.
• Guarantors of acceptable net worth
• Assignment of Receivables from entities acceptable to the EXIM Bank.
