Miss Robinson serves EXIM Bank as General Manager, Legal & Corporate Secretarial Division having joined the team in July 2023. With over 20 years of experience at both the private and public Bar, she specializes in Civil Litigation, Corporate Law, and Commercial Law. Miss Robinson is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, the Norman Manley Law School, and the Mona School of Business.

Cleviston Purcell is an experienced banker with over 30 years’ experience. He has worked in senior management capacities in the Risk Management Divisions of National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited, Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited, and First Global Bank Jamaica Limited. He dealt with deal structuring /consortium financing, restructuring, effect change management, implementation of system change, managed loans portfolios with emphasis on reducing credit losses. He also managed / resuscitated ailing companies that had been in receivership in sectors such as, manufacturing, distribution, hotel & tourism, farming, meat processing, and mining & quarrying.

Cleviston holds an MBA in Banking & Finance from Mona School of Business and a BSc. in Management Studies & Accounting (Majors) from the University of the West Indies Mona. He previously served as an engineer in the JDF Coast Guard (National Reserves).

Sharon Williamson

Sharon Williamson begun her working life as a Banker at Mutual Security Bank, which was later incorporated into National Commercial Bank. While she was at MSB, she occupied various positions which exposed her to various areas of banking.

In 1995, Mrs. Williamson left MSB to join her family business, The D & B Auto Group of Companies as the Director and also Financial Controller/Manager. In 2004, Mrs. Williamson formed CSW Spa at The Hilton/Wyndham Hotel. In 2016, she was appointed as Director to the Board of the National Irrigation Commission. Based on her financial background, she was appointed as Trustee, she Chairs the Finance Committee, as well as a member of Pet Committee, HR Committee at the National Irrigation Commission. In 2019, Mrs. Williamson was appointed as a Financial Advisor with Sagicor Insurance Brokers/Sagicor Cayman. In May 2023, Mrs. Williamson was appointed as a Director to the Board of the Jamaica National Import Export Association.

Andria is an Attorney-at-Law and the founder and Principal Attorney at WHYTE WALTERS LAW, a full-service law firm in Jamaica. A fierce and fearless Advocate, her approach to law is guided by her personal motto; “A Voice for the Voiceless, A Shield for the Defenceless, An Advocate for ALL”. Andria has appeared in several Courts in Jamaica, namely the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and Parish Courts and is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association (JAMBAR). She is the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners at the Anti-Dumping and Subsidies Commission.

Andria obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honours from the University of London and her Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School (NMLS). While at Norman Manley Law School, she distinguished herself as a member of the team that won the Qatar International Cyber-security Law Moot Competition in Doha, Qatar in 2018. She was nominated by her peers to be Class Speaker (Valedictorian) on behalf of the 2020 graduating class. Andria is currently enrolled at the Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social and Economic Studies (SALISES) at the University of the West Indies in the Master of Science Programme in Development Studies – Governance and Public Policy. She waqs appointed Director to the Board of the EXIM Bank of Jamaica in 2023.

Anette Collier-Murray

Anette Collier-Murray, is an experienced Auditor for more than twenty years. Prior to joining EXIM Bank in June 2021, Anette was the Internal Audit Manager at the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service for over ten years and was responsible for leading audits of multiple GOJ entities which contributed to improvement in controls.

She obtained her training with the ACCA and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica. Mrs. Collier-Murray has a Post Graduate qualification in Education and Training and is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Jamaica Chapter.
