Colin Ebanks joined EXIM Bank on January 2, 2020 in the capacity of General Manager, Corporate Services. He brings to the Bank a wealth of experience in Human Resource Management in both the private and public service, possessing a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development. He prides himself on fostering a collaborative environment where each team member can self-actualise while bringing value to the organisation. He is forward thinking and believes in the positive integration of technology to aid organisational development, improve efficiency and deliver high levels of customer service. Throughout his career he has done well in integrating diverse, cross-functional teams to aid in organisational growth.
