Andrea Wilson Messam served as Chief Financial Officer of the RJRGLEANER Communications Group for 16 years before taking early retirement in 2024. She serves as President of the Caribbean Confederation of Credit Unions (CCCU) and the Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union League (JCCUL), and as Chairman of CUMAX Wealth Management Limited. She also serves as Treasurer and holds governance and other board positions with The Broadcast and Allied Services Co-operative Credit Union (BASCU), the Jamaica Credit Union Insurance Agency (JCIA), the Media Association of Jamaica (MAJ), Global Trust Partners (GTP), and the Caribbean Council for Ethical and Financial Accountability (CCEFA).

Ms. Messam is a Justice of the Peace in Jamaica, an experienced certified accountant with two fellowship designations FCCA from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and FCA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ).  Ms. Messam is a devout Christian, a Deaconess in the Portmore Holiness Christian Church (PHCC), the Chairman of the PHCC Planning Department, and a member of the PHCC Youth Board. She was appointed as a Director to the Board of the EXIM Bank in January 2026.
