Marc Frankson serves as Partner and Director of Operations at Designs by Marc Limited and is the Lead AI Consultant at Transcend AI Consulting. He was also named a 2025 Perplexity Business Fellow, reflecting his continued leadership in the responsible and practical application of AI in business. Marc holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems from Howard University. He built his early IT expertise as a manager in the Office of Ethics and Compliance at Abbott Laboratories, where he oversaw the company’s online training platform. He later attended Harvard Business School, deepening his knowledge in change management and leadership development. 

He serves as Vice President of the Jamaica Manufacturers and Exporters Association (JMEA) and sits on the board of the National Compliance and Regulatory Authority (NCRA). He also chairs the NCRA’s ICT Committee and serves as Deputy Chair of the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica (PSOJ) Membership Committee. He was appointed as a Director to the Board of the EXIM Bank of Jamaica in January 2026.
