Keshia Nelson-Brown, MBA, is a Chartered Accountant and experienced business executive with extensive expertise in financial management, corporate governance, and operational leadership. Mrs. Nelson-Brown previously served as a Board Director of Salada Foods Jamaica Limited from January 2008 to January 2015, contributing to board oversight of corporate strategy, financial performance, and risk management within a publicly listed manufacturing and distribution company. With a solid understanding of both financial management and supply chain operations, she provides valuable insight to boards on performance monitoring, risk mitigation, and long-term strategic planning. Her expertise allows her to contribute meaningfully to audit, finance, risk, and governance committees while supporting organizations in building resilient and efficient operations. In January 2026, she was appointed Chairperson of the Board of Directors of EXIM Bank Jamaica.
